This relocation guide is not a content farm writing about a city from a desk two time zones away. It comes from Gateway Realty Group, a St. Louis real estate team that lives here, works here, and helps people buy, sell, invest, and build across the region every week. When you read an honest tradeoff on this site, it is because one of us has walked a client through that exact decision.

How we started

The team came together in 2020 when two agents combined their efforts around a simple idea. Real estate should be built on relationships rather than transaction volume, and a systems-based approach lets you serve people well without cutting corners. We have grown to a group of agents and marketing specialists since then. That growth has been fully organic, fueled by referrals, repeat clients, and the community events we show up for year after year.
